These sessions are for people who are ready to take responsibility for their patterns, work with timing rather than force, integrate insight into embodied change, and move through transition with clarity instead of overwhelm.

How I Work
I bring together astrology, somatic intelligence, nervous-system regulation, and clinical experience across Western and Eastern medicine. My work focuses on helping clients understand where they are in a cycle, what is being asked of them now, and how to move forward without overriding the body.
