Somatic Intensives are extended in-person containers designed for deep integration, relief, and reorganization. Blending fascia-informed bodywork, astrological insight, holistic health experience, and intuitive channeling, this experience allows transformation to move beyond conversation and into the body. It is intentional, immersive, and offered selectively.
These offerings are intentional, immersive, and offered selectively. They are not instant-booking services. Clients are required to complete at least one Cosmic Navigation Session before being considered for a Somatic Intensive.
Half-Day Intensive
A three to four hour in-person session focused on hands-on Reiki-infused therapeutic bodywork, crystal healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied recalibration.
This container is ideal when your body is asking for focused support, deep unwinding, and space to release what talking alone cannot reach.
Full-Day Intensives
A full-day healing experience that begins with astrological consultation and intuitive dialogue, followed by a light lunch and several hours of Reiki-infused therapeutic bodywork, crystal healing, and somatic integration.
This is where insight meets the body. We begin with the chart, the current pattern, and the deeper story, then allow the body to receive, unwind, and reorganize.
Multi-Day Intensives
Available by inquiry for clients moving through significant transition, identity shift, grief, awakening, relocation, or deep nervous system reorganization.
Multi-day intensives are custom containers and may include astrology, therapeutic bodywork, crystal healing, spiritual ministry, energetic clearing, integration support, and space blessing depending on the client, location, timing, and intention.
Availability
Somatic intensives are available in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Maine, and Oklahoma, in accordance with active licensure. Locations vary throughout the year.
