Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging in private session services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services provided are educational, intuitive, and experiential in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. This is not predictive astrology, fortune-telling, or outcome forecasting. Sessions focus on awareness, timing, and conscious choice rather than fixed outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcome.

Private sessions are offered by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Services may be declined at the practitioner’s discretion.

Sessions are scheduled after application review, acceptance, and payment. Payment is required in full prior to session confirmation. Preparation begins once payment is received.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.  If you arrive late, the session will proceed for the remaining time and will still conclude at the original end time. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show at practitioner discretion.  

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic investment involved, all payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Requests made within 72 hours are not guaranteed and are subject to practitioner discretion.

Requests submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled session are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of emergency.

Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be offered a reschedule at the practitioner’s discretion.

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

Clients agree to engage with this work responsibly and understand that results vary based on individual participation, integration, and personal circumstances.

Sessions include the live session only. Unlimited follow-up, ongoing messaging, or additional analysis is not included. Brief clarifying questions related to logistics or immediate integration may be welcomed at the practitioner’s discretion. Optional paid upgrades may be offered, such as integration recordings or follow-up sessions, and are clearly defined and priced separately. Additional support or follow-up sessions are available as separate offerings and must be scheduled independently. This structure supports depth, presence, and respectful use of time for both practitioner and client and encourages integration through personal agency rather than dependency.
